SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

TIME FOR TRANSIT, HANDLING, AND ORDER CUT OFF:

FREE Express: 1-3 Business Days after dispatch.

FREE Standard Delivery: 5-8 Business Days after dispatch.

24 hours dispatch (except weekends and bank holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM are treated as if they came in the next business day.

Orders will be Cut Off time 12:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).

Orders are not processed during holidays or weekends.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. Sometimes, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.
We dispatch orders daily between Monday and Friday and aim to process and send out every item ordered within 24 hours. However, at times, due to unforeseen circumstances, there can be delays in your shipment. In these circumstances, we will try to inform you at your earliest convenience but hold no obligation towards any direct or indirect loss that might occur.

Delivery with TovaHaus.co.uk

All orders placed on TovaHaus.co.uk come with free standard delivery to Mainland UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands & Lowlands, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight).

Due to Brexit trade rules and customs regulations, we are currently unable to send products to Northern Ireland (BT), Guernsey (GY), & Jersey (JE).

For large and heavy items the delivery courier requires a ‘pre-delivery notice’ which means you need to give a valid contact number on your order so the courier can contact you to arrange a specific delivery day and time. Please be aware that the delivery driver is only able to deliver goods to the kerbside of your property and is unable to take any items or assemble it for you.

 Tracking your order

Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirmation containing your order number, order info, tracking number and tracking link, keeping you up to date with the whereabouts of your package. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received the email in your inbox. For the exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier's official website.

Please note, that deliveries with Tuffnells and palletised deliveries do not come with online tracking services. Please contact Customer Services if you require delivery information.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.


ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We don't ship to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

Our order processing time is next business day (Monday-Friday).

Delays might occur during peak season.

Our order cut-off time is 12:00 PM {(GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)}


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

TovaHaus.co.uk ships everyday Monday – Friday. We strive to process your order & dispatch it within 24 Hours. In unforeseen circumstances if there are delays to your shipment, although TovaHaus.co.uk will try to inform you in time but holds no obligation towards any direct or indirect loss that may occurs.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please refer to our Terms. 

Will my order come all together?

If you have ordered a number of items from our store, they may be shipped from different locations from across the UK. Therefore, you may receive your items at different times. Don't worry, our shipping fees are FREE and it will not cost you any more. We can ensure you that you'll receive all the items you ordered.
